Not such a great weekend.
- Car died while I was driving up I-5…had to pay to get it towed to the mechanic back home which isn’t open again until Tuesday.
- Not feeling so great.
- Get to spend more than half my summer taking calculus II…hopefully it goes better this time around :P
- Worried about my grades from this last semester…anything not good means I take a year off from school…which brings up tons more complications.
Hopefully the car isn’t to expensive to fix…although it seemed like it was the alternator…which could make it really expensive. :(
Hopefully I stop feeling shitty soon…who knows.
I hate calculus…hell…I hate math…partially because of calculus, partially because of discrete…the class I had this last semester…the one that worries me.
Oh well…what ever happens may suck now…but its not the end of the world.
I’ll deal with it as it comes…hopefully its not too bad. -

The Internet Can’t Be Wrong…right?
So I’ve been having an incredibly difficult time with my asleep/awake timing.
After reading about it…my scenario fits perfectly with DPSD (Delayed Phase Sleep Disorder) which is where one has an inability or extreme difficulty to fall asleep before a very late, but regular, hour. They also have the same problem when it comes to getting up before a certain point. This happens because their circadian rhythm is pushed back by certain period of time.
Oh Joy.

Sleep
Something I wish I had under control.
It takes me forever to fall asleep. No matter what I do, what I try, it still takes me a minimum of an hour to fall asleep (unless I have pushed myself to complete exhaustion).
When I do sleep I invariably end up waking up barely in time for the beginning of my day, or late. This is a problem. I missed a math test because I was studying then woke up late, then I missed the make up because of who knows what. I can’t afford to miss class, tests, any of it.
I’m afraid of using something like nyquil because last time I did I feel asleep quickly, but didn’t wake up in time the next morning.
It seems like whats happening is that it takes me a long time to fall asleep. Then, when I’m close to falling asleep, I become subconsciously afraid that i will oversleep the next morning and, as a result, fall asleep so late that I can’t possibly wake up in time.
I made an appointment to see the school counselors about it, but the first available time wasn’t for two weeks. What am I supposed to do until then?

damnit nyquil ><
I take you to avoid sleeping late due to insomnia and I end up sleeping late because of you.

God I hate my mom.

Why does my mom keep doing this?
Its driving me nuts.
I didn’t particularly want to come back home this summer in the first place (I had a pretty good idea of what it would be like). -
